updated moagl to 0.12

  • completed shaded lighting
  • optimisations - not drawing walls inside walls for example, but this needs a full rewrite at the map level - however it is better than nothing right now
  • fixed flashing opening screen
  • removed some code wasting cpu - managed to get 2-3x fps on my desktop, no change to laptop tho (it’s 3d is very poor)
